We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow plenty of time for boarding. Your booking confirmation will include your recommended arrival time.

• Tea on the Thames – Afternoon Tea: 90 minutes
• Dinner Cruise with Live Music: 3 hours
• Weekend Brunch Cruise: 90 minutes
• Thames Sightseeing Cruise: 90 minutes

Yes. A fully licensed onboard bar is available on all cruises, offering a selection of wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and hot beverages. Drinks are available to purchase unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Families are welcome on our Afternoon Tea and Sightseeing cruises. Child ticket prices are available on selected experiences and are displayed on each individual product page.

Absolutely. Our cruises are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, date nights and other special occasions. If you’re celebrating something special, please let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to make your experience memorable.

There is no formal dress code. We recommend smart casual attire and comfortable footwear. For evening dinner cruises, many guests choose to dress a little smarter for the occasion.
