Tea on the Thames – Festive Dinner Cruise

Service Cancellation & Disruption
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend our services at any time, without prior notice, if deemed necessary for operational, safety, or external reasons.

In the event that an afternoon tea cruise is cancelled, we will offer a transfer to an alternative date or vessel, subject to availability.

If a cruise is interrupted or delayed due to mechanical issues, we will aim to replace the boat within 60 minutes. If unsuccessful, you will be offered a complimentary transfer to another cruise, subject to availability.

Personal Belongings
Tea on the Thames accepts no responsibility for any items left on board or personal belongings brought onto the boat. Items are carried at the owner’s risk. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Although we do not have Nuts on our Menu, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with any allergies are strongly advised to contact our customer service team before booking.

Booking Fees & Payment
A booking fee of £5.50 per table applies to all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
